Position: Finance Leadership Role (AGM/DGM/CFO)
Key Responsibilities
- IPO Strategy & Execution: Lead the preparation and execution of the IPO process, ensuring compliance with SEBI regulations and post-listing obligations.
- Financial Leadership: Oversee the Accounts & Finance Department, driving financial strategy and ensuring robust financial health.
- Investor Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and stakeholders.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the management team to align financial strategies with business growth objectives in the healthcare sector.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent finance qualification.
- Experience: Proven leadership experience at AGM, DGM, or CFO level, with a focus on IPO processes, SEBI compliances, and financial strategy.
- Skills: Strong expertise in accounts, finance, and investor relations within the healthcare industry.
