Key Responsibilities
- Fund Raising & Loan Syndication: Lead efforts to raise and syndicate loans ranging from ₹1,000–1,500 crore, ensuring optimal financing structures.
- Loan Refinancing: Strategically manage the refinancing of loans to reduce the overall cost of finance.
- Treasury Management: Oversee treasury operations, ensuring the efficient use of surplus funds for short-term returns.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with bankers, financial institutions, and rating agencies.
- Strategic Support: Provide financial insights and support for expansion projects across India.
