Job Description

The Accounting Assistant will provide comprehensive support for Accounts Payable operations and play a key role in the Oracle to Teller system migration. The position involves functionality testing, defect reporting, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring compliance with financial controls and reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable processes
• Participate in Oracle to Teller system migration
• Perform functionality testing, validation, and defect reporting
• Coordinate with internal tech teams to resolve system-related issues
• Ensure adherence to financial controls and reporting standards
• Assist with project tracking, documentation, and stakeholder communication

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: B.Com (Mandatory) / MBA in Finance (Preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 4 years in Accounts Payable
• Technical Skills: Expert-level Oracle AP, strong Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency, hands-on experience with functionality testing (preferred)
• Competencies: Analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication, ability to work independently, project management experience, willingness to work evening shift
