Key Responsibilities

• Finalization & Month-End Closing: Oversee the finalization of accounts and manage month-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Reconciliation: Perform reconciliations, including intercompany reconciliations, to maintain accurate financial records.
• Statutory Accounting: Ensure compliance with statutory accounting standards and regulations.
• MIS Reporting: Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports to provide insights into financial performance.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and financial goals.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3 to 10 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting.
• Experience: Proven track record in finalizations, month-end closing, and financial reporting.
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and reconciliation processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
