Key Responsibilities
Treasury & Fund Raising
Oversee working capital requirements, manage borrowings, and ensure effective fund utilization to support business expansion.
Financial Planning & MIS
Develop budgets, forecasts, and business plans while conducting detailed variance analysis for informed decision-making.
Audits & Compliance
Lead statutory, internal, and concurrent audits while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
Working Capital & Risk Management
Monitor overdues, perform reconciliations, and optimize deployment of funds. Ensure comprehensive insurance coverage and mitigate organizational risks.
Credit Rating & Banking Relations
Manage external ratings and strengthen relationships with banks to maintain compliance and financial stability.
Eligibility Criteria
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in financial leadership
- Strong exposure to SAP Hana (FICO)
- Proven leadership, communication, and team management skills
